"Blogging for Compliments" (http://waldar.twoday.net samt seiner Unterseiten) ist ein privates Weblog. Mein privates Weblog. Nun, nicht ganz mein privates, denn erstens ist es für jedermann zugänglich und zweitens habe ich einen Host, und zwar <a href="http://twoday.net/">Twoday.net</a>. Allerdings füttere ich diese Seiten zuweilen mehrmals täglich mit gedanklichen Ergüssen, Alltagserlebnissen, Sinn und Unsinn und zum großen Teil mit Texten über das, was mir am Herzen liegt: Musik.<br /> <br /> Nein, "Blogging for Compliments" ist keine File-Sharing-Börse! Ja, ich gebe einen enormen Teil meines monatlichen Einkommens auf Plattenkäufe aus. Und wahrscheinlich zu einem größeren Teil als der reguläre Saturn-Kunde. Dennoch kommt es vor, dass ich einen Link zu Musik-Dateien (mp3 oder andere gängige Formate) verlinke, die von Label- bzw. Künstlerseite legal im Internet verfügbar sind. Sollte sich denoch jemand durch einen Link gestört fühlen, so bitte ich vor dem Einsatz rechtlicher Mittel um eine kurze Benachrichtigung per E-Mail. Das dürfte der gängige und gleichzeitig beste Weg sein, ein Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen. <br /> <br /> "Blogging for Compliments" ist ebenfalls kein (Online-) Musikmagazin, auch wenn ich hier über Musik schreibe. Ich würde es eher als subjektive Textsammlung beschreiben, die ohne Erscheinungs-Rhythmus regelmäßig aktualisiert wird. Daher erkenne ich in diesen Seiten keine presserechtliche oder meinungsbildende Relevanz.<br /> <br /> Zum anderen beinhalten diese Seiten eine hohe Linkdichte. Das liegt am Charakter der Sache: Wie soll man Texte verfassen, ohne Quellen anzugeben (sprich: verlinken) bzw. das Zitat-Recht zu gebrauchen. Von mir verlinkte Seiten werden vorher auf illegale Inhalte überprüft. Da ich nicht garantieren kann, dass sich im Laufe der Zeit deren Inhalte ändern übernehme ich für die von mir verlinkten Seiten nach dem Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung keine Verantwortung. Ich bitte jeden, der sich von einem Link gestört fühlt, zuerst den gesunden Menschenverstand zu benutzen und anschließend zu überprüfen, ob der entsprechende Link nicht auch über Google erreichbar ist. Womit das Problem (hoffentlich) erledigt wäre.
